I come from a Barre, Pilates & S & C background, working as a personal trainer for nearly 10 years, I have always kept myself in good shape. However, along the way, I tried many fad diets and other extreme ways to keep my body shape, putting my body through more stress than it needed. Overtraining, under eating and binge eating. All the while making me miserable in the process! That is what kick-started my fitness journey!
